Actually, the booking process is quite easy: You don't even need to use our shopping cart functionality, if you don't want to use it. You have a number of choices:

- If you are already in Australia, and you don't have access to a computer, you can also call us at 04 299 771. Office times Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (9:00-17:00).
Please note: if you just want to drop us an email, and you want to book (or request availability for) a specific tour from our catalog, please take the time to write down the order number, e.g. "DRW-AT1011" for the tour "Kakadu NP and Litchfield NP (3 days)". This way we will definitely be able to book the correct tour!
How to pay
- For most tours, we only charge a deposit of 15%- 20%. You will receive a voucher which states how much you have paid already.
- With most tours, you pay balance when you check in (and not before!). For some tours, you will be required to pay 4 weeks in advance direct to the operator. We will let you know which payment method applies
- We accept payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa), or via bank transfer into our Australian account.
Any other charges?
- Actually, we don't charge any booking fees. The tour operators pay us directly: We give travel advice to you, so they don't need to employ more staff. In a way, we are their external staff and we answer any questions you might have.
- We do charge 1.99% credit card fees, though, however the fees are not for us but for the bank ;-(
